We love supporting clients and families directly, but this process can take some time to set up due to funding requirements. Both insurance-funded and private pay options are available.
A private-pay option where the clinician will conduct an assessment to identify behavioral needs including a parent interview and virtual observations, develop a detailed intervention plan, and provide weekly follow-up for 1 hr each week for 4 weeks after plan review. Additional follow-up sessions are available for purchase as a package.

ABA therapy is available, with either two-tier models or BCBA-direct (no technician). Services are on-going on a weekly basis and may be covered in part by your insurance plan. Please reach out to discuss your interests and needs, as well as specific pricing. Currenly in-network with Aetna's Ohio plans.
With advance notice, we can provide individual support for upcoming IEP meetings, provide recommendations for school collaboration, or parent implementation of services at home. Please note: This is not a crisis service.
